Do i need a dog for the walks and can me children come?

No you don’t need a dog to go on walks with the dogs.

Yes children are able to attend but only supervised by a parent or guardian and closely watched

my dog does not do well on a leash can i still take him/her?

We don’t encourage it without assessment first.
